WHAT'S THE AVERAGE COST OF A MOVE ACROSS THE DIFFERENT MOVING COMPANIES?
Different companies go at different speeds, and have variations on their rates and charges, but there's still an average cost across all moving companies for different move types. The average cost of a certain move type can be useful for you to know because then you can better compare one company's quote to another company's quote, and you can better know what to expect and what to be either appreciative of or not happy about when you get your moving bill.
These averages might not necessarily reflect your particular situation, or the particular moving company you chose, and so are not meant to be an "estimate" or guaranteed price for your situation, but these averages do tell you what has been most common for certain moving situation types across multiple moving companies. You can then better judge whether you think your situation might take more or less time and expense than these averages.
All of these below listed average costs are also referring to customers who have their own smaller items already boxed up and ready to go (not counting the boxing/packing supply costs), moving from one place to another within the Eugene and Springfield area. Variables such out-of-town jobs, assembling bunk beds & baby cribs, long distance carrying, you needing more boxing help, elevators, stairs, and you wanting TVs mounted on walls, add to these averages.
